How to Request a Replacement

Important Notes
Time Frame: You must request a replacement within 3 days of receiving the product.
Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions: We may refuse a replacement if the product shows signs of use, tampering, or if the request is made after 3 days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be credited within 7 days after review by our team and will be issued to the original payment source.
